Yes Equality events over the weekend of Dublin Pride Sat 27 – Sun 28th June.
We’d love it if as many people as possible who worked with Yes Equality could come along. Please let all those people know that we’d really love to see them.
Saturday, 27th June – Dublin Pride Parade:
Yes Equality will assemble for the start of the parade at Parnell Square. Roscommon & Leitrim will lead out the other groups.
Sunday 28th June – Yes Equality Thank-you Gathering:
Yes Equality HQ (YEHQ) are inviting us and all who worked with the Yes Equality campaign nationally and locally to join them in a very informal gathering at the Pavilion Bar, Trinity College, College Green, Dublin on Sunday afternoon from 2-5pm (28th June).
We’ll have light bites, a few drinks, a lawn to lie on if the sun shines and some entertainment for children and ‘young-at-heart adults’. We’d love if as many of you as possible can come so that we can say thank you for all your efforts during the Campaign.
For planning purposes, YEHQ are looking for:
- Confirmation of numbers from us on how many are planning to come to the Sunday gathering.
- An indication of numbers and ages of children that might come along on Sunday.
- An indication of any special requirements (access or food, etc). It is possible for those worried about walking the route to get a spot on the GLEN Diversity Champions Bus, email: lgbt.leitrim@gmail.com before Monday @3.30pm so we can notify Dublin ASAP. 🙂
